1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Rynts, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Rynts provides a platform for renting various items. By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect the rights of other users and vendors

3. Rental Terms

When renting items through Rynts:

• Rental periods are clearly specified for each item
• You are responsible for the item during the rental period
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received
• Late returns may incur additional charges
• Damaged or lost items will be charged at replacement value
• Security deposits may be required for certain items

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Payment must be made in full before item delivery
• We accept various payment methods including cards and bank transfers
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Additional charges may apply for delivery and late returns

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on Rynts must:

• Provide accurate descriptions and images of items
• Ensure items are in good working condition
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance for their items

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before rental start: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Vendor cancellations result in full refund to customer
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

7. Liability and Insurance

Rynts acts as a platform connecting renters and vendors. We are not responsible for the condition, quality, or safety of items listed. Users are encouraged to inspect items before rental. Vendors should maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their items.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Listing illegal or stolen items
• Fraudulent transactions or identity theft
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Circumventing the platform for direct transactions
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users and vendors, Rynts will attempt to mediate. However, we are not obligated to resolve disputes and users may need to seek legal remedies independently. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. Users may also close their accounts at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Rynts, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Rynts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
